Moscow hosts forum on 100th anniversary of WWI
Moscow has started the “Great War. Lessons of History” science forum today, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the start of WWI. The president of Russian Railways Vladimir Yakunin read out a message from Russian President Vladimir Putin to participants in the forum. Putin reminded in his message that 3 million Russians had been killed in the war. He assured that the feats of the soldiers and officers of WWI would always be respected.
